2018 quickfire tips

Most people create some kind of resolution in the new year. Follow these tips for a healthy lifestyle that is so easy to achieve.  💪

• Set yourself weekly goals
- Make a checklist and check them as you go
- Work hard to reach your goals and reward yourself once you have

• Practice mindfulness 
- Meditate or join a yoga class
- Enjoy your own time/hobby

• Stay hydrated
- Aim to drink 2 litres a day, a top tip would be to purchase a 2 litre bottle

• Ask for motivation and support
- Make your goals public and ask close ones for feedback
- Ask your friends and family for motivation regarding your goals

Remember, everyone reverts back to old habits every now and again and that is ok. The important thing is to push yourself past the old habits and get back on track.
