Fun runs in Bristol - a great opportunity to improve fitness levels

There are a few fun runs coming up in Bristol and these provide an opportunity for us to improve and test out our fitness levels.

Why not sign up and take part in one of these two races; it will give you a target to work towards and the sense of camaraderie on the day really helps motivate you to stay the course.
