Sidmouth Walking Festival 2016

This week marks the start of the Sidmouth Walking Festival 2016. Walking is a great activity to keep you moving and healthy both in body and mind; it is also a great social event and a way to explore the little nooks and crannies of the local area. Devon has some of the best most accessible walking in the UK with North and South coast stretches of the South West coast path, and two of the best national parks in the country Exmoor and Dartmoor.

Scenic walking in Sidmouth 

During the festival there will be over 20 free guided walks allowing you to discover the wonderful scenic coastal walking of Sidmouth and the hidden gems of East Devon. There will be three walks each day, including expert led circular walks and coastal walks which take in the seaside towns along the East Devon Way.
