James graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2016.

He is a chiropractic success story himself. Over 20 years ago he was diagnosed with a chronic health condition that was beaten with regular chiropractic care.

Following that positive experience, he spent the next 16 years working in and around the health and chiropractic industry. Throughout this time, he studied and utilised a wide variety of health sciences to help others combat their own health challenges, as well as helping the public to combat the effects the stresses modern life can have on anyone’s health & wellbeing; that could be that physical aches and pains; emotional torment; or nutritional discrepancies.

James is passionate about sharing with and educating the local community as to the benefits of adopting chiropractic as part of a healthy lifestyle, and how it can help combat the effects of the physical stresses of work, sport, or life in general on your body.

He is a passionate, entertaining, and sought-after national speaker, having spoken at numerous events, clubs and businesses around the country. When he is not obsessing over chiropractic, his other passion is music; either listening or playing: “if it’s got strings I’ll give it a go”.
