“I first came to see Olly in January hoping to address a couple of issues that had been affecting my ability to run with any confidence. I had attempted other treatments previously with limited success so I thought it worth giving chiropractic a try. I was impressed with the care taken to explain how the treatment works, what to expect and how long it takes to see results.

Several months into my plan of care I’ve seen some great results. I’m running without the need for compression tubes and tape, and I feel my back is much better shape than it was. Olly has been great all the way through, taking the time to explain what’s happening and the progress we are making, plus giving me ‘homework’ to do in between sessions. I’m now seeing Olly every couple of weeks and confident that ongoing treatment will be a huge help to me whilst I’m training for a big cycle event in September.
