Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

For cancellations or rescheduling appointments initiated by the patient within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, Willow Chiropractic reserves the right to charge the full value of the appointment.

If you are on a care plan, the charge may be deducted from your account credit.

If the appointment has been prepaid, Willow Chiropractic reserves the right not to refund the value of the appointment.

Account Credit Expiry

Any funds held as credit on a patient account must be used within 12 months from the date the credit was applied to the account.

If the credit is not used within these 12 months, Willow Chiropractic reserves the right to remove any unused credit from the patient account.

This includes credit resulting from:

Pre-paid appointments
Care plan payments
Account balances or other payments applied to the patient account

It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that any credit on their account is used within this timeframe. Willow Chiropractic is not obligated to refund or reinstate credit that has expired after 12 months.
