“At the beginning of the year I began experiencing upper back and neck pain and was having headaches regularly. Having a relatively demanding job and working long shifts these symptoms began to impact on both my home and work life. 

That’s when I decided to visit Willow, and met James. After twice weekly visits, being made more aware of my posture and making slight adjustments at work, in just 6 weeks my neck pain and the headaches have resolved and I am on the path to recovery.
