Treated for back pain at our Yate clinic.
“Before starting care, I was experiencing quite a bit of lower back pain and I felt fed up with it. It was wearing me out. I had been dealing with it for around 8-9 years. It was painful, stiff and not really that flexible. It was definitely getting worse. Playing with the children and working was a struggle on certain days. It made quite an impact on my life. I didn’t realise it could get any better, I thought this was what my back was going to be like for the rest of my life. Certain activities were painful, but it didn’t stop me. I would just pay for it in pain a few days later.
My wife booked me in to see Dr Hardus and I am so glad that I did. I was excited to see how it would go and interested in how it works, I had a lot of faith in the process. Dr Hardus informed me that it can get worse before it gets better. For the first few weeks I didn’t notice any difference, but after that point I started to see gradual improvements that stayed. I believed that if I carried on, I would get better, I was starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel.
Now, my back feels really great. I have so much more flexibility, which is great for my job and hobbies. I sleep more comfortably because I’m not fidgeting as much to change to less painful positions. It is nice to live without pain. It has definitely changed my life for the better. My wife has definitely noticed the difference as I’m not moaning as much.
My life looks a lot better for the future. It was a pain that I thought I was going to have to live with, but that’s not the case now. I will definitely continue with chiropractic care for as long as possible to maintain the positive progress I have seen. To anyone who is sceptical, definitely give it a go as it can make some good changes. I have already recommended Willow to others, and I will continue to do so.
To anyone losing hope, go and see a Chiropractor. Stick at it, give it a chance to work and hope for the best. If you never try, you’ll never know the difference it can make.”
