“I joined Willow Chiropractic in January 2018 with severe lower back that was affecting every aspect of daily life. I was a mum of a 2 year old and simple daily movements such as lifting him in and out of his cot was hurting and turning into something I dreaded. 

Rolf has slowly and confidently revolutionised my day to day life and most importantly my sleep! He has unravelled years of problems in my back/neck/shoulders/pelvis and now I’m more aware of my limitations and that a little care and maintenance goes a long way.
