Christmas Gifting T&Cs

  1. These terms and conditions govern the Christmas Gifting Campaign organised by Willow Chiropractic.
  2. The Campaign allows Practice Members to contribute financially towards the chiropractic care of other individuals as a gift.
  3. The recipients of the gifted funds must agree to our practice’s terms of service and privacy policy.
  4. Purchases are non-refundable.
  5. The minimum and maximum contribution amounts are £25 and £500.
  6. Funds can be used towards pay as you go or care plans.
  7. All contributions and recipient information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
  8. The Campaign commences on  11th December  and concludes on  22nd December.
  9. Recipients of the gifted funds must redeem their gift within three (3) months from the date of purchase.
  10. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to the Terms & conditions stated above.
