Themis in a nutshell

From an early age, Themis engaged in the practice of Massage Therapy while actively participating and competing in a range of sports. This early exposure instilled in him a profound appreciation for Massage as a paramount method for injury prevention, promoting healthy wellbeing, all whilst pursuing the physical activities he loves doing. Themis gained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation, and Massage, at Cardiff Metropolitan University and subsequently attained Level 3 and 4 ITEC Sports Massage qualifications. He went on to establish a mobile massage service, prior to joining the team at Willow Chiropractic.

What Themis likes

Themis enjoys running competitively in 10k’s and Half-Marathons and training with his club. On weekends he likes going hiking and being out in nature, reading, creating music, and spending time with family and friends. Themis believes an active and creative lifestyle has a positive impact on mental stimulation and helps increase endorphin levels.

Themis is a patient centred massage therapist, focusing on the individual’s needs. He believes Massage is for everyone, not just for sports enthusiasts as it is tailored to you, whatever your background. Using his massage therapy skills and expertise, Themis helps facilitate movement, alleviate tension and improve the body’s overall physical condition. He wants to promote a sustainable lifestyle, and work with you to achieve healthy goals.
