How it works:

Your 1st appointment is a consultation and examination with a Chiropractor:

  1. Health History & Lifestyle Assessment

  2. Physical Exam

  3. Postural Analysis & Report

  4. Orthopaedic & Neurological tests

  5. Setting goals for your care

Understand the root cause of your symptoms so you can start taking control of your health

Your 2nd appointment is a report of the Consultant’s findings followed by your first treatment:

  1. Review the findings from your consultation together with the consultant

  2. Discuss the results of the tests and physical assessment

  3. The consultant will explain what they have found, what is causing your symptoms and if they can help you get rid of the problem.

  4. You will be given an outline of expected costs and timescales for your plan of care

  5. Understand your treatment options and choose the best one for you

  6. Once the plan is agreed, your care will start.

Begin with a clear plan in place so you know exactly what to expect.

  1. Regular treatment to get you back on track as soon as possible

  2. Personalised treatment program to ensure you see the results you want

  3. Regular re-examinations to review your progress: reduction of symptoms, strength, movement, balance and any to check in on progress towards the goals set at your consultation

  4. When appropriate, your Consultant will provide you with at home exercises to help you with strength, flexibility, balance and recovery.

  5. Support to help your overall health including access to guides on nutrition, exercise, stress reduction and general wellness.

The first goal is to get you moving and feeling better as quickly as possible so you can return to doing the things you love.
